Riesgos Generales para el Reci\u00e9n Nacido<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mayor riesgo de aborto espont\u00e1neo y muerte fetal intrauterina.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parto prematuro y complicaciones asociadas a la inmadurez neonatal (Par\u00e1lisis Cerebral)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bajo peso al nacer (Restricci\u00f3n del Crecimiento Intrauterino &#8211; RCIU).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mayor riesgo de admisi\u00f3n a la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales (UCIN).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mayor probabilidad de ces\u00e1rea, lo que puede afectar la adaptaci\u00f3n del beb\u00e9 al nacer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Alteraciones metab\u00f3licas neonatales (hipoglucemia, hipocalcemia).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Problemas respiratorios, como el S\u00edndrome de Dificultad Respiratoria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><br><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2. Enfermedades y Complicaciones seg\u00fan la Edad Materna<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Madres Mayores de 35 A\u00f1os<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Anomal\u00edas cromos\u00f3micas (1 en 350 casos de S\u00edndrome de Down).<\/li>\n<li>Mayor riesgo de defectos card\u00edacos cong\u00e9nitos.<\/li>\n<li>Complicaciones neurol\u00f3gicas (hemorragia intraventricular, leucomalacia periventricular).<\/li>\n<li>Mayor riesgo de asfixia perinatal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br>Madres Mayores de 40 A\u00f1os<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Muerte materna durante el embarazo, el parto o en los 42 d\u00edas posteriores.<\/li>\n<li>Complicaciones que provoquen que la madre tenga una experiencia cercana a la muerte (el t\u00e9rmino en ingl\u00e9s: Maternal Near Miss-MNM).<\/li>\n<li>Nacimiento prematuro del beb\u00e9, es decir, antes de las 37 semanas.<\/li>\n<li>Mortalidad fetal o mortalidad neonatal precoz que ocurre al nacer y en los primeros siete d\u00edas de vida del beb\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Bajo peso al nacer (menos de 2 kilos y 400 gramos).<br>S\u00edndrome de Down <strong>(1 en 100 casos)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Mayor riesgo de defectos del tubo neural (espina b\u00edfida, anencefalia).<\/li>\n<li>Mayor posibilidad de trastornos en el neurodesarrollo (Autismo, TDAH).<\/li>\n<li>Riesgo de preeclampsia materna, que puede afectar la oxigenaci\u00f3n del feto.<\/li>\n<li>Problemas en la placenta (insuficiencia placentaria, placenta previa).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br>Madres Mayores de 45 A\u00f1os<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>S\u00edndrome de Down <strong>(1 en 30 casos)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Mayor probabilidad de partos extremadamente prematuros (menor de 28 semanas).<\/li>\n<li>Alto riesgo de discapacidad intelectual y retraso en el
